INGREDIENTS 1 lb of pork chops 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tbsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp vegetable oil DIRECTIONS Combine all of the above ingredients in a medium size bowl. Heat up the vegetable oil in medium size pan.
