Easy Hot Pot
- Sliced meat cuts: pork belly, beef, and lamb
- Fish tofu, fish balls, tofu
- Vegetables: spinach, enoki mushrooms, napa cabbage
- Broth: hotpot broth packets (in this picture, I used Hai Di Lao mushroom packet) and 2 cartons of chicken broth
Combine the broth packet, chicken broth, and fill to the top with water. Wait until the water boils and add the vegetables. Then add the meat. Take it out when it’s ready.
Combine desired amount to make the dipping sauce.
Serve with or without rice. Enjoy!
