Easy Spaghetti and Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 1 spaghetti
- 1 tsp of vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili peppers
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 jars of spaghetti sauce
DIRECTIONS
Spaghetti
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine beef with bread crumbs, egg, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix until just combined then form into 16 balls.
Spaghetti with Meatballs
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil and put in the meatballs. Turn the meatballs every now and then until fully cooked. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes or until cooked. Then add the spaghetti jars. You can sprinkle parmesan and chopped parsley on top, if desire. Serve over pasta and enjoy immediately.
