Chinese Sausage Asian Fried Rice


  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 cups chopped lettuce
  • 4 links of sausage
  • 2 cups of cold rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce


Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a wok over high heat.

Boil the sausage for about 3-4 minutes and then dice them. Set aside.

Add the beaten eggs and fry until they are fully cooked. Transfer them to plate.

Then add 1 tbsp of oil, ginger, garlic, lettuce, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the sausage and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the rice is hot, about 2 minutes. Stir in the reserved eggs and transfer to a serving dish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
