Vietnamese Ice Coffee with Condense Milk (Ca Phe Sua Da)

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 tbsp of Trung Nguyen coffee or Cafe du Monde
- 2 tbsp of condensed milk
- 1 cup of boiling water – electric kettle
- Vietnamese coffee metal filter
- Mug or glass cup
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
Start by boiling water. You can use an electric kettle to boil water.
Pour condense milk in the cup. Once you get your desired amount, put metal filter on top of the cup. Put the coffee grinds in. Then screw the filter on. I recommend not screwing it on too tight – it will be harder to pull out later. Pour boiling water on top. Wait until it finishes dripping through.
Once it is done dripping, take the metal filter off. Stir the coffee and condense milk together. You can wait until it cools down a bit and then pour ice. Stir until combines. Serve immediately.
